At ZenPro Audio, we have a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items such as software, consumables, and special orders may be exempt from our return policy. Additionally, all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues you may encounter.
