Our return policy at Zambooie.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and undamaged. We accept returns for a variety of reasons such as wrong size, color, or item received, or if the item is defective. To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form on our website and package the item securely. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy page on our website.
