To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items. Additionally, for hygienic reasons, grooming products, dog treats, and toys are non-returnable. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
