You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the return process. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
