Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Yourgiftcloset.com, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Please note that certain perishable items, personalized/customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. However, shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
