How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation to expedite the process. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped out. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned following our return policy.
