What is the process for exchanging an item?

To exchange an item at YarnSupply.com, please first ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Then, contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. You will need to provide them with the order number and the reason for the exchange. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item and arrange for the new item to be shipped to you. Please note that exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the original item.
