Yes, Yardley London allows customers to return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to contact our customer service team for authorization and further instructions. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Customers may receive a full refund in the original form of payment or opt for an exchange with a different product of equal value. Yardley London does not cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
