What is Xpcgear.com's return policy?

Xpcgear.com follows a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Prior authorization is required for all returns, and a receipt or proof of purchase is essential. Opened items may be returnable at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee. However, we do not accept returns for software, consumables, or special orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Please contact our customer support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
