Our return policy at Worldofwatches.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number. Please note that certain items such as personalized or engraved items, as well as final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
