Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund, which will be issued through the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
