Our return policy at WorldWindChimes.com is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please include the invoice or proof of purchase when sending the item back. Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns for personalized or custom-made wind chimes. In case of damaged or defective items, we will gladly replace them free of charge. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the item. We strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our customers while maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality products.
