Our return policy at Wondertrail.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. We accept returns for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team who will guide them through the process. Once the return is authorized, customers can choose to receive a refund or exchange for another item of equal value. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
