Our return policy at WondersGifts.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that personalized and custom-made products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
