Yes, you can return or exchange a quilt purchased from Wildorchidquilts.net. We have a hassle-free and customer-friendly return policy in place. If you are not completely satisfied with your quilt, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. However, to be eligible for a return or exchange, the quilt must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or custom-made quilts cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team and they will guide you through the process.
