What is the return policy?

At WidgetCo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required, either through a receipt or order confirmation number. For hygienic reasons, certain items such as medical supplies, intimate apparel, or food products are non-returnable. Additionally, customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within three days of receiving your order for assistance. We kindly ask customers to carefully review our return policy for more detailed information.
