At WholesaleBeddings.com, we understand that sometimes it's necessary to return a product. We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. However, certain products such as personalized or final sale items are non-returnable. We kindly ask customers to contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. We aim to process returns and issue refunds promptly, usually within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
