What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience as convenient and worry-free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from WetSeal.com, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For returns, simply fill out the enclosed return form included in your package and use the prepaid return shipping label provided. A flat fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
