Our return/exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Welovecolors.com, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns/exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on our website and include it with the item you are returning. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return/exchange, we will process it promptly. If you choose to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Should you have any further questions, our customer service team is always here to assist you.
