Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order from WNTPetsupplies.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that some items, such as personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
