Our cancellation policy at Volleyballamerica.com is as follows: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return the items following our return policy for a refund.
