Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges at Victoria Auto Parts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. However, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on special orders, electrical components, or items that have been installed or used. If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please bring it back to our store along with the receipt and we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement. Please note that refunds will be provided in the original form of payment.
