Vera Bradley's return policy ensures customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or packing slip. Online purchases can be returned by mail or in-store, while in-store purchases must be returned to a Vera Bradley location. Returns without a receipt may be accepted but will only receive store credit. To initiate a return, customers can use the prepaid return label included in the original shipment or contact our customer service. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and opened cosmetics cannot be returned.
