Vaperite offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We accept returns for exchanges or refunds, with the original payment method being credited. However, please note that e-liquids, drip tips, and clearance items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a solution promptly. At Vaperite, we prioritize customer happiness and aim to make the return process as quick and straightforward as possible.
