We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
