Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on Umidirect.com, it cannot be canceled or changed. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Therefore, as soon as an order is submitted, our system immediately begins the fulfillment process. This includes packaging, labeling, and preparing the order for shipment. Due to the efficiency of our order processing system, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we recommend carefully reviewing all order details before finalizing your purchase.
