How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, you can simply log into your account, go to your order history, and select the option to cancel the order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it can be cancelled easily through your account. However, if the order has already been processed, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. Please note that there may be some cases where cancellation is not possible due to the order being already shipped or in the process of being shipped.
