At Tylertool.com, we have a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all the accessories and documentation. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. However, return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue your refund or facilitate the exchange promptly.
