What is the process for cancelling an order?

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. Once the cancellation request is received, we will do our best to stop the shipment process. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return. Our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed with returning the item once it has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
