Our return/exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Travelsmith.com, you can return or exchange the item within 90 days of receipt. We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with the original tags attached. Items should be in their original packaging. Returns/exchanges are free within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. To initiate a return/exchange, simply complete the return form included with your order and specify the reason for return/exchange. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns. Refunds are made to the original form of payment, while exchanges are processed promptly upon receipt. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
