Our return policy at Toysdiva.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, provide your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective items where we will provide a prepaid return label.
