What is the return policy?

Toynk.com has a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, contact their customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards, are non-returnable. To receive a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and condition. Once the return is received and inspected, Toynk.com will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
