Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your watch or watch repair service, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Additionally, personalized items, such as engraved watches, cannot be returned unless they are defective. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance with returns or exchanges. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure that you are satisfied with your Total Watch Repair experience.
