For unopened and unused items, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, certain items such as glucose meters, insulin pumps, and test strips are non-returnable due to safety and hygienic reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Kindly note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
