Can I put my subscription on hold while I'm on vacation?

Asked 6 months ago
Yes, you can temporarily suspend your Toronto Star subscription while you are on vacation. We understand that vacations can disrupt your usual reading routine, and we want to provide flexibility to our subscribers. To put your subscription on hold, simply contact our customer service team either by phone or email at least one week before your vacation starts. Inform them about the dates you would like to pause your subscription and the date you would like to resume delivery. Please note that we require a minimum suspension period of one week and a maximum of 60 days. During the hold, you will not be charged for the suspended period, and the remaining days will be added to your subscription term. Enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, knowing that your Toronto Star subscription is temporarily on hold.
