What is the return policy?

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns can be made in-store or by mail, using a prepaid return label that we can provide. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for some products. We aim to process returns promptly, typically within 1-2 weeks of receiving the item.
