What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Todofut.com allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, with the tags attached and packaging intact. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team for a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of a mistake on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.
