Our return and exchange policy for titanium jewelry ensures customer satisfaction and peace of mind. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. The jewelry must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom-made pieces or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction with your titanium jewelry purchase.
