At Tiffanystreet.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and offer a flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. However, certain products such as personalized or custom-made items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order information, and they will provide you with a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
