How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number. They will assist you in the cancellation process. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you may need to return the item following our return policy.
