Our return/exchange policy at Thesilktiefactory.com is hassle-free and customer-oriented. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To start the return/exchange process, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return label, making it easier for you to ship the item back to us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will either issue a refund or send out the exchanged item promptly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
