Our return policy at Theperfumespot.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We ask that the product be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please note that certain items such as gift sets, testers, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
