Our return policy at Themotorbookstore.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund, excluding any shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs as well. We strive to provide a hassle-free return process and aim to resolve any issues promptly.
