What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy at The Music Place is designed to be fair to both our students and our instructors. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate these situations while also respecting the scheduling needs of our instructors. If a student needs to cancel a lesson, we kindly request a 24-hour notice before the scheduled lesson. This allows us to offer the instructor an opportunity to schedule another student during that time slot. Without a 24-hour notice, the lesson will be considered forfeited, and no makeup or refund will be provided. However, we do understand that emergencies may occur, and we will do our best to work with students on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
