What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Teddythedog.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item. We accept returns for both refund and exchange. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your returned items. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
