Our return policy at TeamExpress.com is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization number. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
