How do I return an item?
To return an item, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Make sure the item is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned item. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process a refund or exchange according to our return policy.
