What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Taylorgifts.com allows customers to request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team and provide the order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a return label to send the item back to us at no cost. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error or defect.
