TaylorMade Golf has a customer-friendly return policy to ensure complete satisfaction with their products. If you are not pleased with your TaylorMade purchase, you have 30 days from the original date of receipt to return it. All returns must be in their original condition with the original packaging, including all tags and labels, to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, customers can contact TaylorMade customer service or visit a TaylorMade authorized retailer. Please note that custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Once the returned product is received and assessed, TaylorMade will issue the refund to the original payment method or exchange the product accordingly.
