Our return policy at TapeOnline.com is designed to ensure customers' satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Prior to returning any item, customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Please note that some items, such as custom-printed products or items marked as clearance or final sale, may be non-returnable.
